i see this all th time in guitar mags ...what is the one piece of gear that you can't be without ,be it guitar, fav pedal or vintage tube amp what could you not be without ....i have several favorite pieces but if i had to narrow it down it would be my modified Stratocaster, locking tuners ,roller nut with a hot rails bridge as long as i have this i can get through any gig with just th P.A. if i had to ....whats your favorite piece ......later

I've got lots of guitars, but these days I couldn't do without my Jap Strat. I just love the way it sounds for almost everything.
 
I must have a good acoustic guitar. Doesn't matter which one, or even if it's mine, just so I've got one when I have the need.

(But having my D-28 would be nice!)
 
my dano reverse tape delay. this thing is way cool!!!
 
An L-5. I've done without one my whole life but I never stop thinking I can't do without one.
 
Shubb capo. Don't go to a bluegrass jam without it!
 
A nice wet sponge.


One cracked acoustic top is enough to learn my lesson.
 
For Studio ( My 50 watt Marshall) for Live My ( Pod).The floor pedal unit that goes with it makes life much easyer on Stage.
