I'm buying cables to connect my Audiophile 2496 to Yorkville YSM1p's. I'm looking at the mogami's, but I don't see female RCA to XLR cables, only RCA to 1/4 TLR cables. Do these exist? Can anyone explain if either the XLR or TLR connection to the Yorkville is better? Likewise with unbalanced vs. balanced? Thanks very much!

Okay, I couldn't find RCA to XLR mogami cables, so which of these is better to go from Audiophile 2496 to Yorkvilles,

1) Yorkville -> 1/4'' TRS to RCA cable -> soundcard

OR

2) Yorkville -> XLR to 1/4'' TRS cable -> 1/4'' TRS to RCA converter
-> soundcard

Thanks.

The YSM1p's I have use the neutrik combi sockets, so the RCA to 1/4" TRS (male) should do the job for you unless Yorkville have changed which plugs they're using.
