Yet Another Rap Tune

Great production.

I like the levels and effects of the female vocals on the first clip; it creates a more dynamic/depth transistion between the chorus and verse.

eerrr

I am not a fan of rap, but this track was outstanding... Great vocals and I loved the piano.. Superb!

Did you bring the Piano level down at all in the second version? Maybe it's just the voices being louder but it kinda got in the way, but you've sorted it right out. I'd probably consider losing a certain gender-specific aspect of my anatomy for mixes like this!

Great job.

It's all about the song.

I don't invest in expensive gear because my songs suck.

If I had real talent I'd probably put more dinero into it.

Thanks! The backing track is exactly the same in both mixes. (it's a stereo mp3 file)

A lisping rapper - made me think of the Igors in the Discworld series.
I'd suggest dumping the bloke & adding more of the girl.
Your vocal recording work is very good. I'd be tempted to slice all over the place to address the esssing sounds but I assume you'll treat it as best you can.
Rap is becoming more musical isn't it (well borrowing more music anyway).

Thanks Ray!

I'm going to work on the essss's and see if I can tighten them up.

Sounds good to me.

Is the girl singing dubbed.

It was little untight tuning wise in my place, maybe some verb could fix it?

Besides that it sounded good to me, no rap expert but I`ve heard my share:)
