Yamaha MT4X User Guide

Hi,
I've been looking for an easy to understand user guide for an MT4X ? Anyone got any advice as to where to start ?

I've been using the basic controls but need to get better quality recordings and introduce Aux effects after recording. Would also like to get better at mixdown...

I have a hard copy of the actual user guide, I was looking for something a bit more user friendly as this is hard to follow and uses technical terms without defining them.
