Yamaha Mg or M-Audio 66 - Omni Studio

To cut a long story short, I am looking at A Yamaha MG 8/2 fx at the moment to buy, Or a Delta 66 with Omni Studio.

What would be the best buy ???

Bearing in mind The Yamaha would be used with my Audigy Card

I have gone for the Delta 66 and omni studio !!

the omni studio has a preamp on it....the delta 66 doesnt. but it has 4 inputs that can be used simultaneously which the omni studio doesnt...i woulda gone with the yamaha mg and the delta 66.

thanks for reply, I see what your saying but it was a budget issue as well. I got the delta and the omni for pracitally the same price price I was going to pay for mixer.

Mainly it's only me that records anyway. Sometimes I might guitar and vocal at same time (very rare) and about once a year I might have a few peeps round where I would need the 4 inputs, so I can live without that for a while !!
