Yamaha 01V96 automation

Anyone have experience with dynamic fader/mute automation software for the 01V96?
I would like to automate the faders/mute of the 01V96 together with the Alesis HD24 against timecode. Which software is best suitable for this application.
 
I use protools m-powered 7.4 and it is a great match with the 01v96,jz
 
Cubase also works well with the 01v96, but I bet most all software does;)

Keep in mind, that you do not need to have any software to make this happen. The 01v and the HD24 can talk together without any additionla DAW setup;)

I'll bet this does not apply to the older O2R consoles , right?
 
Ha, I did not even notice that the original post was that old. Seems odd that there were absolutely no replies. As for the older 02r's, I can not say for sure since I don't have one. I do however have bothe an older 01v and a newer 01v96 in my inventory and they both work pretty well as control surfaces, but I really prefer the newer 01v96 to the older model for many other reasons.
