Yalls opinions on the Proteus 2000

What is your opinion of the EMU Proteus 2000?

I plan on buying it, I'd like to know what others think of them because I havent had the chance of playing around with them.

I like the proteus 2000 it has a good collection of sounds. Ones that would be necessary for a secondary module. The one I have has 6 outs so its a handy little module. I own the Mo Phatt also, and that one has more sounds, but the proteus 2000 is definitely a gem.

type it in google and read some of the reviews you find.
 
I've had the 2000 for about 2 yrs. It's great. Offers lots of sounds and banks to create your own, plus a great edit menu to tweak them. I use it to make most of my songs, plus the planet phat. I would deffinetly suggest getting it!!!
 
Is there any software that allows you to tweak sounds in this from your computer?
