XP Pro Media Center Ed. with Firebox??

Hi there,

Has anyone had any issues with using the Firebox with XP Media Center edition??

I installs the drivers but doesn't actually install the Firebox as a device so I can't use it! Works fine on XP Pro on a second hard drive(dual boot system) but I also use the Firebox for my computer sound output so I have no sound on my other install!!! Argh!!!

I heard that it is currently incompatible!?
 
I don't use media center myself, but have had some other firebox issues, in which tech support said not to use win media center. I guess win xp pro or home is all they really support.
 
it's ok it's sorted now!! Once I updated MCE to Update Rollout 2 and then Reapplied the microsoft SP2 Firewire patch it synced up and works great!
