WTB: Keycaps for Fostex VM200 digital mixer

I have a VM200 digital mixer which is missing a few small keycaps from
the pushbutton switches in the inputs 1 and 2 strip at the top of the
mixer. They are the switches that switch the 28db input pad on or off,
just above the trim rotary button.

They are gray, 8mm square, and the depth appears to be 8mm as well. It
appears that the shaft size of the pushbutton switch is 4mm square.

If no-one has any to sell, could someone suggest where I can get some.

The switches themselves are fine.

ON THE EARTHQUAKE

Fostex would like to express our sincere condolences for the people who were killed by the earthquake on 11th March 2011.

Our office had no damage by the quake, but the current transportation confusion and planned power cut in the east part of Japan including our location may affect the production or shipment of Fostex products.

We hope we could get recovered to the normal business operation as early as possible.
