WTB: Delta 1010 - PCI Card ONLY...again

I'd like to find a spare break out box myself.

I can't find one anywhere by itself.

Not the LT. I was on the midiman website. They have very little. If you can buy the PCI card that comes with the regular 1010, that's a new development to me.
 
I bought it from Midiman. Call them on the phone. Its not posted on the site.
 
I called them. I talked to a guy named Elliot in sales. They do not sell the card separately and the LT will not work with the 1010 breakout box.
