WTB a/d converter with 8 channels of ADAT out via optical.

I have a Fostex VF-16 and would like more tracks which I can record simultaneousy... drums, etc.

Looking for inexpensive solution. The VF-16 will accept 8 channels of ADAT into it's optical .

Fostex VC-8

If you have another mixer with mic pre-amps, you could use a Fostex VC-8 ... it does AD/DA, unlike the Presonus which has high quality mic-pres, limiters, does AD only, and has about $1000 more on the price tag.
