The guitar tones sound great, but they could be a bit brighter. Also, the double tracking isn't that tight. Nice mellow song though
 
Too many lows in the mix. You could high pass the vocals and accoustic. Good tune
 
Nice song, I like your vocal and guitar sound. Keep it up :)
