Just got my first condenser...WOW. My beta57 sounds like ass compared to it. My voice sounds great, and the acousic is sounding great also. Looks like the beta's going on the amp or the snare.

Yeah don't throw the Beta out yet. It is an unfortunate choice on acoustic guitar, but it has plenty of other uses.

Oh I wouldn't throw away the beta at all. I'm probably going to use it for snare/amps and live vocal.

I got the mxl V67G. Loving it.
