I thought this might be fun for some of you. Our reg. WNJ using the 788 to record. If'in you want to, compare the two recordings with the 788 and the 424mkIII. Same mics except having an extra input for the bass.
I listened to both versions and it's like night and day BUT it's almost not a fair comparison because of the level differences etc. If you ever want to collaborate, send me a jam and leave some room for some soloing.... I think it would sound cool.

Thanks Sam. I'm gonna get a good track down for you soon. A little more time on the 788. My wife loves the song you and Erland have on. She likes the fact that a metal dude can do what you did on that tune. I'm also loading a new ditty with me doing all the stuff, even, oh, shit, can I say it, no, not me, singging.
