With all the great Bluetooth technology that's out there as far as wireless headphones go I have a question. I'm trying to figure out a way to come out of my mixer or monitor board via wireless into two sets of wireless headphones in stereo. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Well, from first principles. You will obviously need two sets of headphones with their two transmitters. First obstacle, how do you know the TXs won't interfere with each other? You don't, so ask the store or/and the headphone manufacturer.

Next, assuming the mixer gives a single headphone feed, a headphone amplifier/splitter such as the Behringer HA400 would be useful as it would give independent level control to the two sets of cans plus two spare feeds for wired sets.

I have only dabbled with a cheapish set of wireless headphones, very poor. I think you are going to need to spend a fair wedge to get anything decent in terms of level and sound quality.

Dave.

I saw something about these from the summer NAMM coverage, and I'm eagerly awaiting their availability to the general public:

Introducing New HPA EXW-37 Wireless Headphones | Direct Sound

They also are planning to offer a sort-of wireless router for these, that can serve several headphones at a time. That's gonna be freaking awesome once it's solidified and released. Some details in the video below at about 4:23...

You are describing in ear monitors.

There will be no actual cheap solution.

It looks like it's going to be expensive. Can't wait for this new product to come out seems pretty cool!
