So is it compatible? On the new 2010 American Standard Fender Stratocaster, can I slap on a Wilkinson bridge..Is it gonna work right? do I need to drill? Is the string spacing right? It is a 2 point...Thanks!! :D

Probably not what you want to hear but your best bet for a definitive answer on this is to contact Wilkinson.

Whenever I fit a replacement part I never rely on them being a simple swap out. If it is so much the better. I haven't done the swap you are aiming for so in that situation I would quote worst case to the customer and anything below that is a bonus. I would then contact the manufacturer and ask. That way you would be covered should it not turn out to be as they claim.

I can't speak for the newest American Standards, but on my 1997 American standard, a VS-100 WAS a drop-in replacement. I had to keep the original Fender studs in since the threading was different, but it aligned and intonated correctly. The only thing I had to do was lightly sand the edge of the treble side of the trem cavity, where the arm holder was rubbing.

That said, listen to Muttley - contact Wilkinson and ask if they know, or barring that contact Fender and ask them if their stud spacing has changed over the last ten years.

I know this may sound like a really wacky idea but, you could take a ruler and measure the strat's tremolo and compare your results to the wilkinson's spec sheet.

That'll give you the right idea (and I did that before I ordered a VS-100), but to be 100% sure, you're going to need way more precision than a ruler will give you, and most guitarists don't own good calipers.
