Who makes the best Strat???

as far as i'm concerned, g&l have a nice balance of vintage and modern tones, but granted i haven't played many of these smaller makers guitars.

as far as the decent epiphone comment, look at an epiphone les paul elite from about 98.... i enjoyed that one very much.

there is only 1 company that makes strats......Fender.....EVERYTHING else is a COPY of a strat

uhhm... this is not correct. Leo Fenders best work by far was his last company, G&L. His last designed strat style guitar was the Comanche. Among my diverse collection, I own 2 Legacies and a Comanche. I also own a 2001 Fender American Series with Kinmans. My favorite electric six string out of all my guitars is my Comanche.
