Who is in-charge? Music Producer, Singer/Songwriter, Manager?

I am the music producer and I will be working with the other two guys. I wont let them pay me with my rate since I will be asking for percentage of whatever download sale we get from itunes. Now who's in charge for everything?

If you have to ask, it sounds like trouble is brewing....

This kind of stuff should be put down in writing. Who is getting paid how much and for what service/role. I'd suspect the producer should be the one who calls the shots. Hopefully, he is the one with the vision and the technical and musical knowledge to make it happen.

What makes you think you're gonna sell anything? Get whatever pays the most, which will probably be your rate if you're dealing with local nobody bands.
