OK, this melody and the chords came to me way too easily. Does it sound familiar to anyone? I even went through my songs to make sure I wasn't ripping myself off. :eek:

Excuse the out of tune guitar and jibberish lyrics. I just wanted to put it down quick. :D

Did I write this or not?

The music doesn't really sound like anything I can think of, but the lyrics....come on, man...they are EXACTLY the same as Yellow Ledbetter.

I could see how you'd get that impression after just one listen. But after a few listens, you'll realize that it goes much deeper than that. This song symbolizes symbolism, symbolically.

Yeah, not the same, but definitely similar, especially the first 3 notes. But then it goes elsewhere. But I hear the similarity for sure.

Yeah I recognized a similarity to 'Africa.' But I don't think it's note for note all the way through. I think it's unique enough to be yours.
