Thanx Super...I don't know who danny Elfman is, but a couple of people have told me it reminds them of 10cc. Any correlation?

!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, that gets Big Bubba off the hook for not knowing who Peter Frampton is...

Danny Elfman is a film score genius, often teaming with Tim Burton for dark, sinister things like Batman, Nightmare Before Christmas...

But more importantly; he was the driving force behind Oingo Boingo (Dead Man's Party, Weird Science, etc)

Oingo Boingo...Well that lets me off the hook. I don't watch many movies either...lol.

Pink Umbrella....I can relate, dude. I live in South Florida where we have a lot of ladies down that carry all colors of umbrellas during the Summer months to shield them from the sun. Being a So. Floridian, I can definitely relate.
Hey, wait a minute, you weren't referring to....no, I KNOW you wouldn't be ;) :D
The "bridge" or whatever you want to call it, I would effect the guitar heavily with either verb, flange, or both to set the 'moment'. My only comment except for your awesome lyrical tribute to umbrellas.

btw, my wife just heard this and I think she is vertically smiling ;)

Wow! What a great song! I love all of the sexual innuendos ( sp)! I love how your bass guitar and bass drum are two totally different sounds and are completely distinguishable from one another (which is a problem I'm still having when I mix). I love the THUMP!!! Your guitar tones are amazingly well pronounced. A decent overdrive is pretty hard to achieve sometimes but you seem to have nailed it. Your drums are top notch and your hi hats are pefect. I'd have to say, though, that your crash cymbal seems a little too mid rangey... Not by much but just a little tiny bit. Maybe it's just me. Your vox are awesome! I really enjoyed the layering you did with the octaves. Seems like I should have been hearing a third harmony out of the left speaker, though. If you didn't want to add one I completely understand.

Great work!

Hilarious lyrics. I can picture some guy in Brazil or Japan putting the tune on his iPod, walking around singing aloud with it not knowing what the English lyrics mean. :D

Drums/bass/guitars are really tight. Drums just pop out.

Tim

Hello RAMI...once again you have created a hit. I love the Bass! The Bass! And the drums are great....oh well, you know the way it will go. :) Everything is great!!

Thanx for all the comments guys...

Seeker...that's funny. Say hi to the wife for me.

Stat...glad you dig it. Your recording sounds good, too, you have nothing to worry about. That clangy cymbal is just a shitty sounding cymbal, I need a new crash.

Tim...always nice to hear a comment from you, means a lot to me. Glad the lyrics gave you a chuckle, they're certainly meant to do that...

True...Miss you in this forum.

I am back for a while with the ability to download now. It is good to be back. The only draw-back is now I must share conputer time with others, but I am just glad I can listen again!!! :)

That's a shame...You belong here...you were a constant light and insipration to anyone who posted songs...Or at least speaking for myself, your opinion always means a lot to me...And I'm still waiting to hear more of your incredible spine-tingling voice.

Haven't had the pleasure, but now you have my curiosity aroused!

Nice to meet you, true-eurt!!

There was a "Blues" thread and she posted a tune...It affected me so much, I did a drum track for her. Unfortunately, I don't think she ever got around to re-doing her song with my drum track...Don't matter, her voice still kills....Check these out...TRUE

Rami, than you so much. You do have a way of making one feel very special.
And it makes me feel so good that my voice can affect you that way. :D
