Where to buy LPR-35?

I used to get the RMG from Full Compass, but last I checked they were out, everyone seems to be out, heard some rumors about factories closing etc etc. I picked up a few reels on ebay to tide me over (they were Pyral, which I understand is maybe the new RMG?)...I find it all rather confusing. Anyone had any luck purchasing 1/4" LPR35 7" reels anywhere lately? Anyone have a better scoop on what's up with RMG?

Yeah there's been a bit of a shortage lately. I heard it's likely because the company changed ownership and had to get back up to speed. Hopefully this doesn't reflect badly on their quality.

That said, if you're not in a super hurry, this is a great deal:

Otherwise, I just bought a reel from Splicit Reel Audio Products - reel to reel recording supplies that should ship Thursday. It was $33.10 total for an 1800' 7" reel.

I've recorded on brand new SM911 1/2" a month ago and it was great quality, actually better sounding than what they put out two years ago. Seems the quality is fine from what I know.
