Go to Global and make sure you are in MULTI mode. On the individual COMBI patch make sure each PROG is assigned it's own MIDI CH. You can use the SEQ mode also but I am not familliar with that on the newer Korgs.
Make sure your sequencer is transmitting on seperate CH for each track.
