Is a monitor nessary in mixing or I can use headphone for mixing? For example an Aardvark Direct Pro sound card with 4ins and 6 outs, there is also one headphone jack infront. where should I plug my monitor to?(of-course I know not the 4ins) The 6 outs which contain 4 normal 1/4 jack and 2 Aux output using normal red and white audio cable. And seems that monitor speakers accept only red and black cable, that what cable or converter I need? Another problem is, I only have a small room for recording, which included my PC, my systhersizer, and my guitar amp. And if I'm using the RODE NT2 for vocal and guitar amp, will I pick up noise from the computer? ( I mean I will record all the music tracks first , then let my singer sing the vocal track with a pair of headphone for him/her. And the room is totally silenced except mouse click and not very loud computer fan noise) Will the Rode NT2 pick up all these noise? My room is only 16msq, and don't have any sound proofing material. If yes, is there any solution? I need you all help, cause this is what I wanted to do next month for my first time homerecording. Thankyou very much, if you can reply my questions. Enjoy!
