I do beleive Jump featured an OB-8.
I owned a Juno 60 and I used an OB-8 a lot in a band (one of the other guys had one and allowed me to use it) - in fact at one time my rig was a Juno 60 and an OB-8.
Since I learned sound design on a Juno-60 and really learned how to work that board - I'm partial to the Juno-60. I never learned my way around the OB-8 as well as the Juno. However, I would choose an OB-8 over a Juno 60.
It's been alot of years - but if I recall the OB-8 had duel oscilators and you could really get a wide range of sound from the OB-8. I would consider it a much "fatter" synth.
