Monitors with a front firing port. Then move.![]()

Holy moly. And here I thought I had a small space. However, to tell you the truth, your space is so narrow, and the sidewalls so close to the listening position, I don't think it's going to matter what monitors you buy. The side reflections are going to be a problem. And since they are so close, I can't see even wasting money/time on absorption panels. This is one of those cases where you live with what you have and simply do the best you can to record. However, you'll never get rid of comb filtering in that space. Sorry.

One thing I would suggest though. Forget monitors. Use headphones in that space, as the room itself will lie to you when using monitors. If you learn to trust your headphones, you will hear the combfiltering, whereas if you use speakers, you will never hear the truth.

Hi!! Do you think I can get good mixes with headphones?

That's not to say some 2" thick material on the side walls "won't" help with mids/highs and early reflections. But I don't see it helping enough to trust your monitors in that small space. YES!!!! DEFINITELY, You're right! there was a closet here before. Yes, I'm gonna draw it and uplaod it soonIt looks like your set up is just in a tiny alcove part of the room, maybe where a closet once was? If so, move out of that area! And if the room really is that small, I do suggest picking up good headphones. While treating can still help a place that small, it is not ideal at all compared to a pair of cans. And this is coming from someone who dislike mixing on headphones, though I do love listening on good headphones.
Can you upload more pics of the room or just draw a simple layout on MS paint or draw one and scan it?
