Try Pacific
A good set of drums for a really good price is the Pacific series, which is made by DW. I presently own a CX and LX series and they both are awsome. The CX i use for gigs because of the wraps. These drums are all maple and now come with the same mounting system as DW. I talked to many people before purchasing and the general statement was that these are DW just made in Mexico. You can get a new set of LX which have a laquer finish for about 1100 or cheaper, and the CX are ever cheaper at about 900. Im pretty sure that this price also includes hardware which is actually very nice. However i do not use there hardware so I can't speak on its durability.
