What recording software to use?

Hi what recording software is easy to use on a computer to record voice over soundtracks? Thanks for any help.

I use Acoustica Mixcraft and I absolutely love it, can handle big stuff too but its simple.

I second the idea of Audacity, it's about as simple as it gets, and its free. Another one you can download for free is N-Trax (limited version only has 3 tracks) but works great for simple stuff.
There are lots of "trial" versions of recording software that you can download to try them and see which format or layout you like best before you invest in the full version of the software.
