Got Adams A7's just before the came out with the newer ones at a discount. Couldn't be happier.

I suppose it's worth updating...

My mains (unchanged for a couple years now) are Tyler Acoustics Decade series D1's.

Recently added are the "smallies" -- Custom-voiced Decade series D4M's.

I think I have a bad photo somewhere (as most people have probably never heard of Tyler Acoustics), but I'm not sure...

Ah - There it is. I think it's attached...

Anyway - Those D4M's... Yes, I had to voice the tweeters (which was nothing big, just swapping out a resistor before the crossover for the tweeter), but wow... Actually F'd up today thinking I was listening to the D1's and wondering why the lows seemed a little light... Amazing, wonderful speakers for the $$$.

M-audio av40's, I quite like them, not bad for the price - £100. I am on a budget and every bit of money I get I seem to be fluttering away on some little gadget, so these were a good buy for me :)

tannoy 501s got chosen over the yamaha hs-50s.

why don't we get stickers anymore? dammit.

Late 1980s KEF C20s with whichever early 1980s Technics SU-Vx amp is close at hand. Gonna try them with a JBL Pro III Plus subwoofer when it arrives.

KRK Rokit 5's, supported on cinder blocks - they've served me pretty well. They're not the loudest speakers, but for my little apartment studio they do ok.

I have the Kurzweil KS40 set and never thought about new ones. Good for a small studio an final mixes :-)

I currently use KRK Rokit 6's as my primary monitors and Alesis Monitor 1's matched to a Bryston 2B as my secondary monitors. I had a chance to listen to the Focal Twin 6BE's recently - they will be my next upgrade.

I use a set of B&W 302 bookshelf speakers on stands, driven with a TEAC A-H500 amp (both from the early 2000s) for my monitoring, . Sounds beautiful and detailed.. just so much better than any similar size "monitors" I have demoed recently.

Focal Solo 6's. Im surprised Focal isnt up there. Probably some of the best Ive heard

Focal Be-6 with Matching Sub (My mains for mixing), Event 20/20 BAS, JBL 4412 (for the stoners and Rock n Rollers) with Hafler 500B, JBL 4408's with Bryston Amps

KRK Rokit 6 - G2. Seem to be decent for the money. I added some inexpensive 2.1 speakers the other day for mix comparison. What a difference in sound. Not bad or good. Just a different perspective.

Mackie 824s (Mark I) - good speakers, great for the money.
