What major labels want submissions???

I was following up on that Ruff Ryders remix contest and saw they have an address where you can send your beats. Has anyone here ever sent some? Also, does anyone know what other big name labels offer this opportunity?
 
most of the do..when they are looking for other production...send in your CD and see how it goes...
