What kind of snakes have you had trouble with?

What about Canare L-2T2S cable? It's 23AWG and braided shield, and it comes in different colors, at $0.35 a foot?

Yeah, if you've got a 24 channel snake and one of the channels stops working, that really sucks. The HOSA snakes with the molded ends have to simply be thrown out. It's a drag, I've had to do it. At least with a snake with real metal connectors on the ends you have a shot at repairing it.

Regarding the MusiFlex cable, I mis-spelled the company name. It should be "Connectronics" with no "x". Great cable, I love it.

That Canare L-2T2S cable should be pretty good. I use the Canare L-2B2AT cable for most of my behind the rack wiring. That and some Mogami snakes. I like the Canare stuff too.
 
I use Pro Co snakes.
Ive benn abusing the crap out of them for three years now with no worries.
Good reliable product IMO.
