Hello y'all!
I have a question, in this video - youtube.com/watch?v=hKntC1vMxSs&feature=channel_video_title - at 2:23, you see the mic + reflexion filter. I want to know what that little rig that's holding the mic there is... And a link to where to buy one if possible!

Thanks!
DieN

Well thank you for the quick reply!

However, I was talking about what was holding the mic. The rig that's screwed in the top of the boom, and that screws into the spider mount!

Ooooh! That's it!

Thank you guys!

But, now I have no reason to buy it, knowing that it won't make me a rap star........

I can't believe you made watch that twice! Looks handy that! It must be a custom right angle? or a cut off boom? try the Beyer site?

I'm guessing it's what Massive Master said... Looks right, and looks like that would be the only possible solution.. Unless, of course you can think of something that'd better fit that description!

Also - another thing I noticed - it seems as though he can adjust the height of the arm, like a boom. I don't know if you can do that with the one in the link that Massive Master sent me.

Luv it! I remember back in the 70's/80's, we used "gooseneck" adapters for this purpose. It would drive you crazy if it was lazy and would droop while singing and when you moved it, you would get this resounding "GGGGKKKKKRRRRPPPP" noise over the p.a. system. I would move it just for the noise. Ah....good times. Long hair, tight jeans and mary jane....and that was just the guys!

You have no idea how much I envy you for having experienced youth life in the 70s. Right (?) place at the wrong time, that's me. Cherish the memories!

I know huh! But I can never remember anyone calling pot mary jane unless your trying to code name it here. ;)

I'm lucky I can remember ANYTHING from those days. I must admit, some of it is pretty fuzzy.

DUDE, MY HANDS ARE HUUUGE!
