What is the best method of using 2 Headphones with an apogee Duet 2?

Hey, I was wondering if somebody could help me out with a dilemma I'm having.

I recently purchased an apogee Duet 2 soundcard and was wandering what the best way of using 2 headphones without comprimising from sound quality is, I know that i could use a splitter but I hear that they reduce the quality. So what would be the best way to achieve this?
