What is the best hard drive configuration for recording?

Thanks for the feedback. I have decided to go with 2 40GB hard drives. It definately opens up options.
 
My 5 1/4 floppy will do 10,000rpm if set on ultra super shit DMA and take windows outta da memory allocation thingie! :D
