what e-stores have you bought from?...good and bad

The call or email for price thing IS dumb.

Some sites that sell under the MAP will:

-Show their real price if you put the item in your cart.
-Instantly email you a quote on the item you are looking at by clicking a link.

That is WAY easier, and makes people a lot more likely to buy. If you have gotten to the main site, the prices are there for you. They aren't "advertised," because they won't come up if you search for something on Yahoo Shopping, Biz Rate, or My Simon, all of which, btw, can sometimes be good ways to find deals. That way, no one blows them off or forgets because they have to write up an email or call in, so why do so many places not do that?

well deepwater....looks like you got some free advertisement out of this thread lol. it kinda feels like one of those hour long infomercials with fun catch phrases like "JUST SET IT! AND FORGET IT!"

I think he's an imposter!

Besides unrealable inventory and 10%-20% profit margins. Why not?

well i figure its time to look for some higher grade equipment than behringer. i think I've gotten most of my disaterous f*ck ups out the way so i wont destroy any expensive stuff lol

!Full Compass!

Full Compass once again has earned my vote.

I ordered a SM58 and a SPB1 for around $190.00, including shipping, and it was on my doorstep TWO days later!!! (BTW the shure is for a friend, I swear!) These are the cheapest prices I could find from any E-store except E-bay, if you consider E-bay an E-store that is (I've been slightly burned on E-bay before).

It's kinda a hassle calling for a price, until you realize you are saving 10%-15%.

ok i think that about finishes the list....I'll compile it and when the link is up and running I'll probably send a congrats/thankyou email to each of the companies for their product distribution
