What does this vocal need?

I don't think I'd EQ anything. I might experiment with a small cut around 2700hz because it get harsh at times. But I'd probably end up leaving it out. OK maybe a boost around 5K to give it a little definition.

The biggest thing I'd do with the vocal is get the double tracking in better sync. The two tracks get off at times. Then I'd put them down the center.

I know you didnt ask, but I'd replace the piano with something that's not so thin.
 
The double tracked parts at the start of the song are not great. Your vocal performances just aren't tight enough timing wise, projection and tuning wise. As the song goes on your vocal performances get better though.

As for the EQ it sounds ok to me. I would personally add more highs. I would also bring the volume of the vocals down a little to let the keyboard come through more.
