What do you think of this mix?

You'd do waaaay better posting this in the proper forum...
 
I like the singer's voice. The lead vocal sounded nice. The BGV's weren't too bad too.

I thought the guitar was pretty boxy and a bit thin.

The mix is pretty narrow. The drums and BGV's are panned. But everything else is down the middle. Maybe if you double tracked the guitar, or had a second guitar part, and panned them wide, it would broaden the mix.

It's a nice sounding tune. I liked it.

The drum programming got a little busy in spots - like the pre-chorus.

Am I hearing some clipping when the BGV's are present in the mix? There is some sort of distortion going on there. Like from :12 to :17.

Little pitch issue on the first vocal line. On the word "done".
 
I agree with TripleM, that guitar doesn't sound right being right down the middle. Competes with the vocal at times, and makes the mix feel thin and middle-heavy. Would do wonders if it was panned to one side, and re-tracked with a slightly different tone and panned to the other side. Or put a reverb on it and pan that to the other side. Either of these techniques would open up the mix bigtime. Guitar seems a little loud too, but I wouldn't worry about that until you get the panning thing going. This guitar track could also maybe use a slight cut somewhere in the upper-mids, but again, that will be better addressed once it's panned.

All in all, nice song. It deserves a better, more open, wider mix.
