What do you think about this PC?

im wanting to run Reaper and hook up an Audio Interface..would this be sufficient?

you would be set with that PC. there is room to improve so just take it easy on the heavy duty processing.

my comp. is 2Ghz and 1.5Gb of ram and i get by just fine. more than fine actually

3.0 ghz processor!!!!! Thats pretty buck nasty man!!!! 1 gig of ram isn't that much but can be upgraded. Im recording with 1 gig of ram as well and im doing ok.......I start getting audio dropouts and the like when i start using 5 or more VST's though.

For those who are rich get this..............

1. Computer............lol......

2. Quad Core Processor

3. 4 or more gig of ram..........it seems like this is almost a minimum these days.....I guess im old school.....I was in Best Buy the other day and there are desktops there with 8 gigs of ram......HOLY SHIZZ.

Anyhoo if you get the above setup you will never have to worry about anything.......EVER...... no audio dropout no notta nothn....

Well................unless your recording like 100 tracks at a time.......
