what do i need to dump tracks into my computer from my sequencer?

A midi cable! 
yep connect your keyboard midi out to your computers midi in and your computers midi out to keyboards midi in, no you can send all your sequencer data to your computer and later trigger the synth from teh computer and record the audio back into teh computer with an audio interface.
