What computer and soundcard do you have?

The computer I'm using is a Gateway 500XL,3.06GHz,512MB, 250GB,DVD-RW,DVD-ROM,18" LCD Monitor

The soundcard I'm using is an Echo Mona, however I'll be upgrading to a MOTU 828 MKII soon, because I could use the extra in's and outs.

The computer ran me $1,349.99 and the soundcard was $679.00
 
I have a Hp. Athlon 3000+, 1gb of ram, 120 gb 7200RPM, 80 gb 7200, cd-rw, 19" viewsonic crt, audiophile 2496, audigy 2 platinum.
 
700MHz PIII Coppermine/ 640 megs of RAM/ two 7200RPM Quantum Fireball 40 gig drives
MOTU 2408 mkII/Alesis HD24 clocked with a Lucid GenX6
 
DIY Dual Athlon MP1900+ ,1 gig of ram, 2 80 gig WD 8mbcache, Lynxtwo-C soundcard clocked to Lucid Genx6-96 w/ XP Pro

cthe computer prolly ran me around 1500-2K(i bought everything separate so not sure)

sound card was ~$1000

No computer, just an I-mac 800 w/640 RAM and a Glyph GT050. No soundcard, just the 828 firewire interface.

(Go to Unicornation.com and read about the mkll before you buy)
 
AMD 1800+XP on Gigabyte ...ah who the fuck cares any more, search my posts for my specs. Less than $2000 (£1100) gives me 20+ TRACKS in cubase vst32 v5.1 with a delta 1010 and a 410 in the same PC with 512meg of PC2100 DDR and the Via 266A chipset...yes it does work...honestly.

Same computer as Trackrat, same drives, same mem (copy cat), plus a TC Powercore DSP card with the equivilant MIPS of four G4 macs (4 Motorola 56k DSPs and a power PC chip).
Lynx L22 and a Delta 66. The Delta has to stay until Lynx releases GSIF drivers for Gigastudio, then I'll start expanding the Lynx through the Lstream ports.

rob you can upgrade your l22 to,too the other lynxtwo's by contacting lynx. you'll just have to pay the difference between the lynxtwo and l22
 
My DAW

I use a cloan 600MHz PIII with 768MB Ram, 2ea. 7200RPM HD, 100MB Zip drive, CDRW Drive and an Audiophile 24/96 Sound card.

I am using W2K Pro and and Sonar. I configured this computer for my DAW and is used only for this. I have not as of yet had any problems with it.

I just bought a 2500+ but I bought PC2700 not PC3200 like you did. I am not overclocking is that why you have faster rated ram? I was under the impression that PC2700 work at 333mhz which is the same spead that the 2500+ is running. someone correct me if i am wrong. thanks.
