Hello everyone,I'm very new here!
Basically I've been using Cubase for the last 8 years on my old pc and soundcard.
I've achieved some very pleasing results in that time but now the time has come for a new PC and soundcard which will be used solely for music as I have another pc for work etc.
I've been looking at pc's which the following configuration:
Zoostorm Celeron Dual Core E1200 desktop with 15in monitor and Vista software
£349.00
A good all-round Celeron PC from an award winning brand. Great for all the popular applications including email and word processing, it features a super slim flat panel monitor in a choice of screen sizes - up to 19in. Optional hard drive and memory upgrades (up to 160Gb) are available for greater storage and performance.
Intel Celeron dual core E1200 processor. 512Mb DDR2 RAM. 80Gb hard drive. 15in TFT LCD monitor with 15ms response rate. DVD/RW. On-board graphics. Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic. 12 month on-site warranty. 90 day anti-virus trial.
So with the above pc, could someone suggest a decent soundcard that's fairly cheap?
I record mainly,acoustic guitars,vocals,electric.
Thanks in advance!
