I want to buy another home recording book for beginners/intermediate. I already have PC Recording Studios for Dummies and The Everything Home Recording book. What would you recommend?

I'm bumping this because this is something I need as well. I'll definitly look into those books so thanks a lot!

Yo Eric & et. al:

When needing a really good book, try A HIGH WIND IN JAMAICA by E. Waugh

A bad movie with Anthony Quinn; however, a great novel to ponder over the vagaries of the young mind.

Green Hornet :D ;) :D

Modern Recording Techniques by David Miles Huber. Excellent. Not strictly beginner, but it has something for everyone.

I like:

Home Recording for Musicians - Craig Anderton
The Recording Guitarist - Jon Chappell
Sound Reinforcement Handbook- Davis & Jones
