Weird recorded sound.

So here's the thing:
I plug my guitar(A Jay Turser guitar) into a pedal(Zoom G1X) and then plug them in my PC's mic line. At first, it sounds great, and the sound that I hear by directing the sound from line in to line out is good. But the recording is what that bothers me.
After recording about 2-4 seconds, the sound becomes really weird, and if I stop strumming the guitar and then start playing again, the sound becomes nice again, but still, after 2-4 secs of recording, it becomes weird.
Here is a record(recorded by Audacity). I hope you guys can help me. I am really desperate.

If you want to record or make music, you will need an audio interface....that's a kind of soundcard too, but it's made specially for music productions, it can transfer your analog audio signal, turns it into digital signal and send it to your computer.
Our onboard computer soundcard can't handle the data transfer for recording......
But I'm not 100% sure if this is your main problem, just base from my experience.....
It's ok to connect your guitar to your computer and play it thru your computer speaker, but I don't think it can let you record smoothly....

You need to understand a bit about levels.... your mic input on your pc is desinged to take a mic level input.... an electric guitar into any pedal is not at mic level...

There's a bunch of stuff up the top of this forum you should read before going too much further. And, as ivan said, you want to record music? Get an interface....

Sounds like the soundcard input is being driven into some type of overload mode.

Sounds like there is an audio loop where you are recording what has already been recorded a few seconds earlier with the recording that you are doing now. Check the mixer screen and see if you are only recording the guitar input or you are recording the guitar and the recorded sound.

However you still need to get a proper audio interface.

Doesn't seem to be a conclusive reason for the problem and I'm none the wiser either without seeing what you're actually doing and what you've actually got in terms of hardware.

As has been said above tho, and interface is your solution. The mic input on your PC is designed for a mic for skype etc, not recording a guitar, so you'll be best buying an interface which is designed for that purpose. The Fasttrack is one that's pretty good for what you want, but have a look at the Tascam range to. Also have a look at this for more info on what to buy MixTips: Building a Home Studio On a Budget

Thanks guys. I was worry that some of my gear was wrong :D.
Anyway, In my Input, there are 4 things: Recording, Mic Volume, Line Volume and Stereo Mix, I put everything on except Stereo Mix.
If I have some "loop record", which one would that be? Which should I turn off/turn down?
And about the sound card... I agree, this is just a temporary solution until I can grab a soundcard.
