Hello I am currently running a Pre Sonus Tube Pre into a M-Audio profire 610 and running Logic pro 9. I am definitely newer to recording. My question is whenever I record mic'd electric guitar it generally takes approximately 10 to 15 seconds to kick in to where the sound is full. It does this no matter which microphone I am using and my cables are all tested and work properly. The waveforms never look any different either as to say Im getting an initial week feed. Anytime I hit record it resets and does it over again. Its getting very old having to play for awhile till the full audio is going. I have lurked on this site for a few months and have learned a lot. I can also generally figure something out by reading manuals or forums but this is just driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.
