i leave my condenser mics in position all the time in front of my piano. i play alot more than record. am i wearing or damaging by the mics the constant sound exposure?

Not necessarily from constant sound, but breathing on them (condensation) and allowing dust from the air to fall into the capsule may eventually cause some problems for you. Put a plastic bag over it when not in use.
