what waves plugins should i use on vocals and what order should i put them in. Eq, Compression.........and so on. Also does anyone use the frequency chart when mixin. if so what do u use it for.

And the comment about buying something expensive and not knowing how to use it. Give me a BREAK!!! I have seen person after person here drop big cash on expensive stuff thay have NO idea how to use! So, it is far from unprecendented!
You will want most likely an eq and a compressor on the vocal. Whether you eq first then compress, or compress first then eq really depends on which way achieves what you are after in the sound.
You just gotta experiment.
