I recorded several audio tracks earlier this week. Mixdown finished a couple of days ago. Now, I try to convert my wrk files to wave files for cd burning doing these procedures: 1) Highlight chosen tracks to be exported>tools>mixdown>bounce to tracks>mix to a single stereo event>than highlight the new bounce track>tools>mixdown audio>export to wave file in drive d. 2) Same as 1 but with the exception of bouncing process (just go straight to export). Needless to say I get this message in the ACTIVE MOVIE CONTROL window saying "An invalid media type was specified" when I try to play it with ms media player or play back with Cakewalk. I checked the properties of the recently exported wave file and it says that it is type: wave sound and the ms-dos name is: test.wav. I don't know what the problem is? Any help, comments, or suggestions are welcome.
