Vox Wah won't click!

Hi guys,

Tried playing my Vox Wah pedal recently and have found that when I stomp it, it won't click and thus won't engage so I can use it. I'm not sure if I should open it up and take a look or not, so I figured I'd come here and see if anyone else has come across a problem like this!

It's fairly new and hasn't been used too much, but I just can't seem to get it to work.

Any ideas?

It's not supposed to "click"...it's supposed to "wah"...

Sounds like you broke the push-button switch. Just replace it with a new one, should not be a big deal to do.

Before you spend money, find out if you can 'click it' by hand. Sometimes the top nut on the switch loosens, moving the whole switch downwards. The switch now sits a little lower so you can't quite activate it with your foot. Lower the nut on the inside of the housing, tighten the top nut, and try again. If this is wrong, all you've lost is maybe two minutes of time. I've done this many times to set how sensitive the switch is, if that makes sense.
