VOTE!! Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 OR Oberheim OB-8???

Hi,
With the recent release and hoopla over the new Prophet 08, I though I would have you take a short poll on which synth you think is better. After voting on the one of your choice please state why you chose it, and name a couple of songs that you know it has been used in! THANKS!!!

SEQUENTIAL CIRCUITS PROPHET-5????? OR OBERHEIM OB-8?????

I played both back in the day, I liked the OB better. I thought it was a little more user friendly but that's just me :)

Both were great boards though

Having played both back in the 80's (or whatever decade it was) I thought the OB-8 was fatter sounding and a little easier to get around on. In addition, the ability to sync it with the drum machine and the hardware sequencer (I think it was a DM series) - made it a very hip "workstation"
before MIDI became the norm!
