Volume on WAV files

Good Day To All On List!

My question involves making CD’s from wav files.

I should also state that these files were converted from Mp3
format. Most of the time they play great. My problem is that
they simply lose or drop down in volume level on certain tunes.

There is absolutely no distortion or skipping they just simply
drop in over-all sound level. Is there a way to bring all recordings
up to the same level while burning the CD? The two programs used
here for burning are: Nero Ultra 6.6.0.18 & Easy CD-DA Extractor 9.0.1 (Build 2) from Poikosoft. These are not trial versions. Can anyone help?

as far as i know you need to bring up the leves individually with a sound editor. I think you just want to raise the gain so do so, but nothing will make them all even for you (at ounce). And when you convert an mp3 to wav it wont become ".wav quality," so remember to stick to wav when recording.
