Can someone out there PLEASE tell me how to set up the dual engine mode on this thing? I need seperate effects in each speaker, the manual sucks and I really need this thing for an upcoming project. Behringers tech support blows chunks so I thought Id give this board a shot. Frustrated? Id say yes... lol, anyways,,,, any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Peace Amped!
1st it's an unwritten taboo to post the same quest in multiple forums.

2nd, since the 2024 is based on the original version, the suck-@ss
1000 VIRT Pro, refer to the menu listed on the 2024 which list's dual-engine efx (usually patch# 60& above). For ex., if you require delay on the left and 'Verb on the right, depress both Engine buttons then click on ENG-L. Adjust Eng-L but turning the jog-wheel to the desired effect and adj it's parameters by using the Variation control. Repeat the same process for ENG-R. When satisfied with L/R effect combo's, depress EQ filter hi if you are using a hi #'d parameter as hiss will be introduced into effect and decrease EQ hi between -1 to -3. Keep lo EQ flat @ 0 (unless you're seeking more definitionon lower end freq's such as kick, toms or bass; then increase bet.+2 to +4). When you've set all parameters, depress ENG-L and R at the same time then proceed.

Hope this helps!

Thanks MISTERQCUE! Duhh,,,, sorry bout the multipost,, I wonderd where the other one went when I didnt see it here. Anyway, this unit doesnt have the eng-r and eng-l buttons, the oly thig Ive found was a parallel / serial 1 or serial 2 mode in the setup mode, I know that the only fx that an be combined are the last 11 in the presets. When I pull up the serial settings and rotate the jog wheels, nothing happens. My head hurts... lol I must be missing something..

Here's a stab...

I don't have this unit but I would say that Parallel is the dual engine mode.
When I hook up parallel stomp boxes I have my signal split so that one signal runs into two effects simultaneously but seperately.
In the Virtualizer I would think parallel is two signals simultateously but seperately.
I would also guess that serial 1 would be eff 1 into eff 2.
Ser. 2 might be eff2 into eff1.

Just a guess.

P.S. Not to be a dick but.....

it should be in the manual if you have it......or maybe download it from the Behr. website.
